Your therapist will log in to the room and after reading your messages, he/she will respond to your issues, give you feedback and guidance. You and your therapist will schedule live messaging sessions and live calls.


During Couple’s Coaching you can Invite your partner into the session right away or work on yourself with the counselor one on one with the goal of including your partner after a few sessions. It's up tp you.
