HOW IT WORKS

Speak about your day:
Press the record button and talk freely about what happened today. Work, workouts, conversations, small wins, frustrations... you decide what to share.

AI transcribes and analyses:
• Converts speech to text
• Detects what you did (activities, routines, contexts)
• Labels them into meaningful categories (e.g. focus, movement, social, rest)

Breathe while it processes:
While the analysis is taking place, you’re guided through a short breathing exercise. This is your pause: a small reset before judging the day.

Review your day and pick your mood:
Once the analysis is ready, you see a clean summary of your activities.
• You choose your overall mood
• If it was a good day, mark the activity with the biggest positive impact
