About this app

Service in mechanical and plant engineering is a decisive factor for differentiation from the competition. Remote support is an essential process in which great potential remains untapped. RISE helps you to optimize this process from day one and reduce your service costs, increase your sales potential, utilize the generated knowledge and enable detailed analyses of your service assignments.

Lengthy telephone calls, numerous e-mails, messages on various private messengers - with RISE you can map your complete support process on one platform. Structured in cases, secure and traceable for all parties involved, RISE is immediately operational on all end devices, such as PC, Tablet, Smartphone or Smartglasses.

It combines the unstructured communication channels used today on a single platform and enables effective remote support for service staff. RISE thus ensures transparency, documentation and experience transfer within service cases and also serves as a knowledge database. The generated case data are also the basis for future, data-based offers.

With RISE, you start into the digital future of your service.
