If you have either the Monoprice 10761 6 channel or Monoprice 44519 4 channel or Monoprice 44518 8 channel or Dayton Audio DAX66 Whole Home 6 Zone Audio Controllers, this app will complete your setup. Just add the Monoprice IP to RS-232 adapter (39263) or Global Cache iTach Flex IP/Wifi to RS232 and you've got whole home audio control.

**NOTE** This will not support the newer Monoprice 31028.

We get a handful of support emails from time to time and if you are technically savvy, we will get you working. This app will always work when correctly setup. Here are a few pointers if you are having issues.

-Once you get your app and device connected, we recommend giving your iTach a static IP. Your device WILL get a new IP and your app will stop working at some point. You will need to refer to your router manual for steps on how to set a static IP.

-If you do not have an external IP and port forwarding turned on, you must be on the same WiFi as your iTach for the app to connect. You will need to refer to your router manual for steps on how do port forwarding.

-Make sure your Master/Slave switch on the back of your device(s) is set right. A single device should be set to Master. Refer to the amp manual for documentation on the Master/Slave switch.

-The Master device is the one that must be connected to the RS-232 cable.

-In the app settings under the Server section, the server must be just an IP or just a DNS entry, nothing else.
