BUILT FOR FARMERS

FieldClock is purpose-built for the unique needs of farmers. Rugged environments and complicated business needs produce a challenging set of requirements that are hard to understand unless you've been a farmer. FieldClock was founded by farmers and draws on their unique ability to produce software that's customizable, reliable, secure, and affordable.

EASY ACCURATE DATA

FieldClock enables your employees to track accurate time, breaks, piecework, and more with ease. Clock-in or -out, tally piecework, or take notes with no more effort than snapping a photo. It's that simple! FieldClock makes it so easy to track activity in real-time that you'll be able to throw out those old notepads you've been carrying around.

EASY PAYROLL

FieldClock's powerful Ag Pay Engine takes the pain out of complicated rules surrounding agricultural pay. Straight time is a cinch, as is piecework, AEWR, trainings, travel time, overtime, night shift premiums, break and meal premiums, and anything else you can throw at it. The pay is automatically calculated according to your rules, and easily exported to your payroll system.

FLEXIBLE CONFIGURATION

Configure FieldClock to meet the unique needs of your operation. No two farms are alike and you should use software that is flexible enough to match your workflow.

RELIABLE AND SECURE

FieldClock continues to work, even when you have no internet connection. When internet is available, FieldClock automatically uploads data to our secure cloud platform. Our cloud platform is constantly monitored and regularly audited by third-party security professionals. Check out the FieldClock Trust Center for more information.

AFFORDABLE

Pick the FieldClock plan that meets your financial needs. Farming is a low margin business and FieldClock's plans are specifically designed to be accessible to all farmers.

FARM BUREAU MEMBER BENEFIT

Special pricing is available for active Farm Bureau members in participating states. Ask your local Farm Bureau rep if FieldClock is a member benefit available to you.
