The “Faithful Bible Commentary” is an application in which you can follow the texts of the Almeida Corrigida e Fiel (ACF) Bible, which is a translation of the Bible into Portuguese based on the version by João Ferreira de Almeida, published by the Sociedade Bíblica Trinitariana do Brasil (SBTB).

This translation used only the Textus Receptus as the basis for the New Testament (the same used by the Church over the centuries and by the reformers) and the Hebrew Masoretic Text for the Old Testament (the same used by the Jewish people to this day).

This text seeks to maintain fidelity in meaning and equivalence of forms, making it the most faithful biblical text to the originals among those we have in Portuguese.

In this app, you'll also find studies, notes and comments by Bishop Edir Macedo, an example of faith and knowledge of the Word of God, to facilitate your understanding and help you clearly and objectively grasp the profound meanings of the sacred texts.
