Celebrity Chef Ranveer Brar has come a long way since cooking sweet rice for a langar at the age of 11 to having restaurants from Bombay to Boston. It was in the wake of his admiration of street kebabs at the Mughal city of Lucknow, when he was 17 years of age, one such kebab ustad, Munir Ahmed, tutored Ranveer Brar on the finer points of kebab making and then there was no looking back.
