Train with a purpose. Beat your last score.

Built by Soldiers, for Soldiers, ArmyFit empowers over 500,000 Soldiers with tools to train, track progress, and grade tests. From your next 2-mile run to your unit's next fitness test, keep your scores, workouts, and records in one place.

KNOW YOUR SCORE
Calculate AFT, ACFT, and APFT scores, track CFT results, and check event standards. Support for Permanent Profiles and alternate cardio events helps you work with the test that applies to you. Save Practice and Record tests, then compare your results over time.

TRAIN FOR A FASTER 2-MILE
Supercharge the Body Weight Fitness - Run plan with PT Guru. Set your goal by time or points, confirm your current running base, and get training targets built around your starting point. Review upcoming targets as you progress through the plan.

FOLLOW A PLAN. FINISH THE WORK.
Choose bodyweight plans for different fitness levels, including Run and MDL plans that target specific events while maintaining full-body fitness. Move through Prepare, Exercise, and Recovery, check off your work, and see your progress by day and week. Restart a day or week when needed without resetting the rest of your plan.

SUPERCHARGE YOUR ANSWERS WITH PT GURU
Ask training questions, plan your next session, or find where you can gain points. With your permission, PT Guru can use your saved profile and test results to give more relevant answers. You control data access and can turn it off anytime. AI guidance can be wrong; verify test standards before use.

TAKE YOUR WORKOUT TO APPLE WATCH
ArmyFit Pro brings timers, laps, workout checkoffs, and Preparation and Recovery Drill references to your wrist. Open a workout or timer on your paired iPhone, then keep working with the phone locked. Watch changes sync when the same phone session reconnects.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Use the dashboard, interactive charts, and Event Trends to see which events are improving and which need work. Keep your test history, timed events, and body-composition records organized and synced to your account. Save test results offline and sync when you reconnect.

GRADE YOUR UNIT
Run group grading sessions, manage tester profiles, and export supported test results to DA 705 PDFs. Keep the grading workflow moving from the first event through the final result.

TIME EVERY REP AND SPLIT
Use the stopwatch and event timers for the Sprint-Drag-Carry, 2-mile run, Plank, Hand-Release Push-Up, and more. Track splits, see score feedback, and save timed results to Records. Keep your music playing while you train.

TRACK BODY COMPOSITION
Calculate Waist-to-Height Ratio, height and weight, and body-fat percentage. Save measurements and follow your trends alongside your fitness-test results.

GET THE DETAILS RIGHT
Find event videos, written instructions, lane setup guidance, and an easy-to-read score chart. Use the MDL plate calculator to see how to load the bar, including alternate plate combinations.
