The exercises are designed in a way that allows you to have all the benefits of a full workout in just a few minutes. 7 Minute Workout Challenge is all about quick workouts that you can do in a short time but that are extremely effective!

With a simple interface and personalised challenges, the 7 minute workout app is very effective and user-friendly. It allows you to adapt the intensity of your workouts depending on your strength and level of activity. With the options of Chill, Regular, and Intense, you can choose how much you want to push yourself. This is another level of the personalisation benefits of the 7 minute workout challenge app.

LETS YOU CREATE YOUR OWN PLANS
No one knows you as you know yourself. This is why the 7 minute workout challenge has the option of creating your own workout plan. The app enables you to create longer plans depending on your preferences and desires. You can do that under My Plans. You simply choose a name for your plan and the Sets and Reps. After you do that, you choose the exercises you want for that particular plan.

REMINDS YOU TO WORKOUT
The app notifies you whenever you schedule it and help you stay focused and motivated for those particular 7 minutes. You can schedule it to your desired time and days so you have a clear and arranged plan. The Reminder feature enables you to select the obstacles that you have to keep in mind when training. If you select, Kids and Family, the app will send you advice on how to manage it so that you can exercise and not let your family behind. It will also show you how to combat laziness, lack of motivation, work, and other things that might get in the way of your workouts.

All 7 Minute Workout Challenge users can use the app by getting the premium subscription with a free 7-day trial period. Weekly subscriptions start from $4.99 per week(Price may vary by location). Payment will be charged to your credit card through your App Store Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off in your Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
