ENHANCEMENTS

1. IMPROVED VISIT EDITING + PROPAGATION:
Edit visits up to 30 days old. Changes to past visits now auto-propagate to future visits, improving data accuracy across your operation.

2. EDITABLE START VALUES:
You can now edit Start values for Food, Vending, and Market POS visits for more precise corrections.

3. CHANGE ROUTE BUTTON:
Update a visit’s assigned route directly from the Visit Details page.

4. LATEST VISIT SELECTOR:
Quickly jump between recent visits using the visit selector. View visit type (C = Collect, S = Service) and color-coded statuses (Green = complete, Orange = incomplete).

5. TOGGLE FOR SKIPPED VISITS:
Choose to show or hide skipped visits on the Operations page.

6. BULK EMAIL FOR UNPAID STATEMENTS:
Send monthly unpaid invoice statements to all accounts in one click—no manual emails needed.

7. TOTALS ROW IN ‘VISITS ON DAY’ REPORT:
Key totals now included in the PDF report (Stockouts, Estimated Sales, Counted, Over/Short, Cashless Sales).

8. ENHANCED INVOICE VOIDING:
Add notes when voiding invoices. The system logs which user voided each invoice.

9. IMPROVED CSV/XLS EXPORT:
Number and currency formatting improved for better Excel compatibility.

10. ASYNCHRONOUS REPORT GENERATION:
Reports now load using a polling system to avoid timeouts and allow progress tracking.

11. CUSTOM SHORTCUTS:
Create shortcuts to commonly used screens like POS, Products, Warehouses, Reports, and Customers.

12. AUTO VDI SYNC FOR TAX CHANGES:
Tax area changes now automatically trigger a VDI sync—no manual push required.

13. ACCOUNT BALANCE PAGE IMPROVEMENTS:
View and manage applied/unapplied credits directly from the balance page.

14. VDI MARKET ID FIELD:
View or edit VDI Market ID directly from the Edit POS screen.

15. TAX RULE ENHANCEMENTS:
Reuse previously added tax rules or archive unassigned ones.

16. FLEXIBLE CREDIT APPLICATION:
Apply or split credits across invoices. One payment can now link to multiple invoices.

17. BETTER PRODUCT REPLACEMENT FOR MARKETS:
New products inherit pricing and min/max values. Old products are retained with zero min/max to support better sell-through.

18. PICK ORDER PDF IMPROVEMENTS:
PDFs now show route, unit of measure, and total product quantity. Products with zero quantity are excluded.

19. VISIT NUMBER INDICATORS:
See the order of visits (1st, 2nd, etc.) on Visit Details and Operations pages.

20. 'SCHEDULED PIECES' ADDED TO MANUAL SCHEDULE:
Manual Schedule now shows total estimated pieces for easier tracking.

21. ARCHIVING PAYMENTS AND CREDITS:
Archive payments and applied credits directly from the Account Balance page.

FIXES

* Invoice sale dates now match the actual invoice creation date.
* Visit start times now display in your local time zone.
* Date range filters on the Operations page now include the full end date.
* Min/Max and Restock fields now show in a consistent order across all screens.
* Fixed issue with multiple cursors appearing in Manual Visits.
* Currency formatting corrected in warehouse order, receipt, and transfer exports.
