More than 350 exercises are guided by a professional ballerina's encouragements and a pianist playing music to help you exercise correctly and in the right tempo. Each session will leave you feeling graceful and satisfied. Experience or equipment is not required.

It’s the only app that will help you do the split in 14 days with our smart notifications system by training only 5 minutes a day. You can do full body exercises, train specific body parts and choose the lengths of your sessions.
