Mela, with its Brain, is the AI for construction sites.
Your team records photos, hours and delivery notes on site, even with no signal. Brain turns them into budgets, cost analysis, timesheets and reports for the office.

BRAIN: AI THAT KNOWS YOUR JOBS
• Plan a job budget and scope of works, then track it against real costs.
• Analyse costs across your jobs and see where the money goes.
• Calculate timesheets for every worker from their clock-ins.
• Check attendance: who was on site, and when.
• Generate reports from the work your team has recorded.
• Create checklist templates for safety, security and quality checks.
• Ask in plain language and get answers as tables and charts.
• Review and edit every AI suggestion before it's saved to your records.

SCAN DELIVERY NOTES INTO JOB COSTS
• Scan a delivery note when you add a cost entry.
• AI reads the supplier, delivery note number, date and line items, so you don't have to type them.
• Check the details and save them to the right job's cost records.

CAPTURE WORK ON SITE
• Take progress photos, record voice notes, and add videos and documents.
• Keep conversations alongside the work they refer to.
• Work offline. Photos and notes sync automatically when you're back online.

TRACK HOURS AND COSTS
• Workers clock in and out from their phones, with GPS location saved on every clock-in and clock-out.
• Record materials, plant and labour hours as work happens.
• Follow costs by job as work progresses.

TURN DAILY RECORDS INTO REPORTS
• Document completed work, inspections and safety checks.
• Collect signatures on your phone.
• Create reports with your company logo and share them with clients, subcontractors or the office.

MANAGE MATERIALS
• Check stock in your yard or warehouse and dispatch materials to site.
• Track incoming transfers and record what arrives.
• Review material movements between locations.

KEEP WORKER DOCUMENTS AT HAND
• Give each worker a digital badge with a QR code that managers can verify on site.
• Keep training certificates and safety documents with each worker's record.

• Add your own document types for any card or certificate your sites require.
• Check document status before work starts.

KEEP YOUR TEAM UP TO DATE
• Assign tasks and share updates as work progresses.
• Give team members access to the photos, documents and work records they need.
• Follow progress across your jobs from your phone or the Mela web app.
