Create your own profile. Connect yourself and family members through profiles made within the app. Have access to documented appointments done by your personal registered nurse. Connect with your registered nurse for next and upcoming appointments. Keep track of your health and appointments from different doctors and hospitals.

Our Services Include:

Our app allows you to make your own profile and provides you the ability to access and share your health data. Whether it is a loved one or your own profile, you can review each appointment and see what occurred. As a client, you will have your own personal registered nurse to act as Your Medical Advocate, and you can be at peace knowing that all the appropriate information is being recorded. After each appointment is finished, your registered nurse will submit the notes within the app. You will have full access to your appointment details, the notes taken, and have the ability to speak directly with your registered nurse or Your Medical Advocate support.

Whether you are a registered nurse working for Your Medical Advocate, a client, a loved one, a case manager, or an additional third party of a client, you can create your own profile. Medical information cannot be shared with anyone unless the client gives consent. All medical information is safely stored in this HIPAA compliant app and can only be shared between the registered nurse, the client, and Your Medical Advocate staff. Family members or friends who desire to see and keep up to date with you or a loved one's health care and medical appointments must receive permission from the client. By utilizing the Your Medical Advocate services and app, you will feel at peace knowing that all medical appointments, no matter the physician or hospital, are being clearly tracked, recorded, and translated into easy-to-understand terminology.
