Turnstile is the fastest way to check real-time subway arrivals in NYC. Live Activities put your next train on your lock screen. Widgets put your stations on your home screen. Follow any train to see exactly when it'll hit your stop. No accounts. No ads. No clutter.

Built for New Yorkers who know where they're going, and ride the subway every day.

LIVE ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN
- Live Activities with destination countdown and delay status, updated in real time
- Dynamic Island support so you can glance at your train without opening the app

WIDGETS
- Stop Arrivals: the next trains at any stop, in one direction. Home screen or lock screen.
- Subway Status: which lines have service changes. Tap a line to open it. Home screen or lock screen.
- Pick your own stops and lines, or leave them empty and they'll follow your favorites
- They refresh the moment you leave the app or change a favorite

FOLLOW A TRAIN
- Pin any train as a mini player that stays visible across every screen
- Set your destination stop to get a live countdown
- See delay trends - is your train falling further behind or catching up?

REAL-TIME ARRIVALS, DONE RIGHT
- Every station, every route, refreshed every 15 seconds while the app is open
- Arrivals split by direction with per-stop labels (no guessing which platform)
- Route-based service alerts — badges and banners for YOUR lines, not every line in the system
- Color-coded alert badges: delays, suspensions, notices

NEARBY STOPS
- See the 5 closest stations with live arrivals based on your location
- Favorited stops bubble to the top so your regular stop isn't buried
- Drag-to-reorder favorites from the Favorites tab

WORKS UNDERGROUND
- Cached arrivals and trip data persist to disk - no loading screen between stations
- Official MTA subway maps available offline, no signal required
- Auto-refresh resumes the moment connectivity returns

DESIGNED ON PURPOSE
- Light, dark, or system appearance
- Context-appropriate haptic feedback (toggleable)
- ADA accessibility indicators (full and partial) across every route map
- No ads. No tracking. Just your train times.

SEARCH THAT ACTUALLY WORKS
- Find any of 472 stations by name, even with typos or abbreviations
- "parkway" finds "Pkwy", "42nd" matches "42 St", "sor" still finds "Spring St"
- Recent searches saved for quick re-access

Built by a New Yorker who got tired of apps that do too much. Turnstile does one thing: it tells you when your train is coming, and it does it quick.
