- Individual plan is a single subscriber plan with MONTHLY, HALF-YEARLY, AND YEARLY packages and offers unlimited Export/Download Player records.
- Staff subscription provides access to 3 users on a single subscription with HALF-YEARLY AND YEARLY packages and offers unlimited Export/Download Player records.
- Individual monthly subscription rate is Basic ($11.99/month) on a rolling basis. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
- Individual Half yearly subscriber rate is Gold ($64.99 for 6 months) on a rolling, Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
- Individual yearly subscriber rate is Platinum ( $122.99 yearly) on a rolling basis. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.

- AlphaScan App subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
