Welcome to Team Kalla. I have over 20 years of training experience and have been a coach over 7 years.

This app is for beginners, intermediate and advanced. You get full access to the app with many training programs for both home and gym. You can choose training plans from 3 times a week up to 5 times a week. My app also includes a weekend schedule where you can choose from many muscle groups and HIIT workouts if you want to add the 6th day to your workout.

The programs that are available are:
-6 Week Challenge
-4 Days Split
-3 Day Split
-Glutes Focus
-Strong and Fit
-Band Only
-HIIT
-Weekend programs with a selection of multiple muscle groups.

My app also includes:
-Warm Up & Stretching
-Fix Your Form
-Alternative (to swap exercise),
And a lot of information about training and diet.

I do both diet plans on English, Spanish & Icelandic.

My focus is to build a fit, healthy and strong body. Being mentally and physically strong is the key to everything.

All my workouts include videos and the descriptions are in English, Spanish and Icelandic.

Esta aplicación es para principiantes, intermedios y avanzados. Obtiene acceso completo a
la aplicación con muchos programas de entrenamiento tanto para el hogar como para el
gimnasio. Puedes elegir planes de entrenamiento desde 3 veces por semana hasta 5 veces por
semana. Mi aplicación también incluye un horario de fin de semana en el que puedes elegir
