Dux-facti is the must-have invoicing tool for freelancers, artisans, associations, and self-employed entrepreneurs. In just a few clicks, create professional estimates and invoices perfectly tailored to your needs, without wasting time.

Choose from a selection of professional and customizable templates. Easily integrate your logo, adjust colors and labels, and adapt specific terms to accurately reflect your brand’s identity.

Dux-facti centralizes the management of your essential information: items, item categories, clients, and PDF document settings. You can import your contacts directly from your iPhone or via CSV files for streamlined management.

Totals and taxes are automatically calculated, with up to three customizable VAT rates. Compatible with sole proprietors, the app also manages discounts, deposits, and allows you to convert estimates into invoices or duplicate recurring documents. An intuitive dashboard, complete with PDF reports and clear graphs, helps you monitor and analyze your business at a glance.

FOUR MODULES TO ENHANCE INVOICING

Signature: Have your quotes signed directly on your device, whether by your clients alone or in contract mode with both your signature and theirs. The settings can be easily customized to fit your needs.

Documents: Add your terms of sale, specifications, or even photos to Dux-facti, then attach them to your estimates and invoices for email delivery.

Export: Safeguard your data externally by exporting your database, estimates, and invoices in PDF format, as well as your client and item records as CSV files.

Accounting Interface
: Export your sales records to accounting software, monthly or quarterly. Four integration formats are available, with settings ensuring cross-platform compatibility.

SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS

The Dux-facti app is free to download, with full access available through one-month, three-month, or six-month subscriptions. No "Lite / Standard / Premium" plan—just a distinction between invoicing with or without VAT. The subscription price is set according to your country and is displayed in the app. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and disable automatic renewal in your iTunes account settings.
