The shape you just draw should protect the dog for 10 seconds, after that, if the doge has not been stung by bat-bees then you have successfully save the doge and move on to the next level. Not only you can Rescue the dog, keep playing to unlock and save more funny characters as the game get more challenging. Many interesting characters and tricky levels are waiting for you to draw.
How to save the doge from the bat-bee attack:
