You are letting a stranger into your home. The only thing most apps give you to judge them by is a profile — and the people who are best at this work are usually the worst at writing about themselves.

GigNGo is built the other way round. Locals here show you the job they just finished, on video, with their name and their neighborhood attached. You see who you are working with before they get to your door.

Hiring, made human again.

HELP WITH THE JOBS AROUND YOUR HOME
Handyman repairs, lawn mowing and yard work, house cleaning, snow removal, junk removal, moving help, furniture assembly, TV mounting, painting and odd jobs. If a neighbor could do it, you can post it.

POST WHAT YOU NEED DONE
• Free to post. No listing fees, no hidden costs.
• Say what needs doing in a sentence — lawn care, house cleaning, handyman work, moving, hauling, painting, pressure washing, snow removal, pet care, junk removal and more.
• Meet locals near you, not profiles from three states away.
• Watch how someone works before you message them.
• Pay your local directly. We never take a cut of the job.

WHAT WE DO AND DO NOT CHECK
We do not run background checks or check licenses, and we will not pretend to.

What we do instead is make effort visible. To get work here, somebody has to film the job they just did and put their name on it, over and over. That is real, repeated, identifiable work, and it is exactly the cost a person with something to hide is least willing to pay. It is a different filter, not a stronger one — a determined person can film a driveway too. You should still ask questions and trust your judgment.

FOR LOCALS LOOKING FOR WORK
Other platforms sell your phone number as a lead, sometimes to four people at once, and take a cut of what you earn on top.
• Keep 100% of every dollar. One flat monthly membership, no commission, ever.
• No lead fees. One flat membership covers every job you offer on, not a fee per job.
• Your profile is indexed by Google, so neighbors find you outside the app too.
• Show the work instead of writing about it.
• Build your own name in your own town — not somebody else's platform.

WHY IT WORKS THIS WAY
A neighborhood already knows who to call. The problem is that the knowledge lives in a few people's heads and dies in a Facebook thread. GigNGo is that knowledge, kept — organized by where you live and what you need done.

Thousands of locals and thousands of homeowners are already here.
