Before You Arrive: Get Prepared

Start your journey with confidence using our thoughtfully designed preparation module. Learn what to expect from your week at Rythmia through insightful videos covering readiness, intention setting, and emotional and physical preparation. You’ll also meet the team through heartfelt welcome and staff introduction videos, and join live Zoom calls to connect with Dr. Jeff McNairy and fellow guests before your arrival.

After Your Stay: Continue Your Progress

The first 90 days after your visit are key. Each week, for 13 weeks, you’ll receive access to exclusive, expertly designed content to help you stay grounded and integrate your Rythmia experience.

Daily intention prompts help keep you aligned and on track.
