Merdeka AI is the official CRM for Sunder Energy’s sales representatives, team leaders, and regional leaders. It serves as the central platform connecting our sales organization with our nationwide EPC partner network, ensuring seamless communication, data flow, and project visibility from lead to installation.

Built as both a CRM and data middleware system, Merdeka AI integrates directly with our EPC partners’ CRMs to synchronize projects, automate updates, and enable our Rep Concierge CSM Team to manage all communications between sales reps, EPCs, and customers in one connected system.
Merdeka AI gives Sunder’s distributed teams complete control and visibility across every stage of the sales-to-installation process—replacing fragmented tools with one unified ecosystem.
