The Playa Palmera app allows users to take full advantage of the services, amenities and attractions offered by Playa Palmera Beach Resort & Residential.
Upon using it for the first time, users can log in with an existing Playa Palmera account, use a login via their reservation number, or create a new account.
A user's account on the Playa Palmer app can be personalized. In the app, users can change the language of display to English and Spanish, change the login password and choose an avatar. Users can also delete an account they own.
The Playa Palmera app offers the ability to track a user's upcoming reservations, as well as make express check-ins. To make an express chceck-in, users are required to upload scans of their identity documents (ID or passport) to the app. Once these are approved by administrators, the user will be able to use this option.
