Balance:
- Mercenary Army: loses 0 hp on attack (was unintended)
- Present: Added "On Buy: Gain 1 gold for every level you are above 3."
- Dragon Trainer: Payment buff 1/1 -> 2/0
- Tax Officer: Added "Payment 1 (once per turn): I gain 1 gold value."

- Tentacle: Receives 75% -> 66% of monster buffs.

Fixes:
- Fixed Sphere Seller payment not working


New:
- New treasure: Tip Jar (Mercenary pack). Level 2. Every Payment you complete, give a random character +1/1.
- New treasure: Trade License (Mercenary pack). Level 5. The first 4 times per turn you buy a character, contribute 1 gold to all your Payments.

Balance of Dragons:
- Lambton Dragon: Entrance: 1 damage -> 1 fire
- Tarasque: Give adjacent characters Dragonfire 4 -> 2 and enemy Dragonfire 5 -> 4. For every Dragonfire you give -> Every time you spread Dragonfire to your own characters, also give them +4/4 for the fight.
- Dargon Pendragon reworked to: Boost: 4/5. Every time you spread Dragonfire, increase my Boost by +2/1 for the fight.
- Armadraggon reworked to: Aura: When you spread Dragonfire, I gain attack equal to 20% and hp equal to 50% of it for the fight. Double if the fire is spread to me. I do not take damage from Dragonfire.

- Wooden Tower Shield. Removed.
- Metal Tower Shield. Re-added to replace Wooden Tower Shield. 0/9 -> 0/6, Gold 4 -> 3. Level 4. Added: My wearer cannot be killed by Dragonfire.

Balance of Hoarders:
- Gold Laying Goose: 1/1 -> 2/2.
- Tiny Trader: Level 2 -> 3. 3/1 -> 6/3. Every 5 -> 4 characters/items you buy, gain 0/2 -> 1/2. Every 15 -> 5 characters you buy, I gain +1 gold value.
- Dragon Trainer: Level 3 -> 2. 2/3 -> 1/2.
- Upseller: removed "(not an Upseller)" clause. [not necessary -> simplification]
- Straw Millionaire: Now also counts Merchants for the On Buy.

Balance of Mercenaries:
- Mercenary Army: Added Payment limit of 3 times per turn.
- Sphere Seller: Added: Every 3 Payments you complete, I gain +1/0.
- Production Consultant: Level 4 -> 5. 8/8 -> 10/8 Iron Will. Payment 3 -> 4. Contribute 2 -> 3 gold. On upgrade, now doubles the trigger count and gold contribution.
- Tax Officer: Level 5 -> 4. 6/4 -> 6/3
- Big Bad Wolf of Wall Street: Payment 8 -> 10
- Money Laundry: Can now complete Payments

Fixes:
- Fixed Kiyohime giving the front row fire again with fire increase effects
- Fixed buying a char at game start throwing out of the lobby (happened sometimes)
