Features of “Trauma Care App - CalmSeed”

■ No registration required
You can start using the app right after installation — no account or sign-up needed.

■ No data collection
The app never collects any personal data, so you can safely record your physical and emotional states and daily experiences.

■ Use both self-care exercises and a journaling feature

CalmSeed supports trauma care from two sides — through daily journaling and trauma-focused self-care exercises.

・When journaling feels like too much, you can just do a self-care exercise.

・When self-care feels hard, you can simply record your state.

・And when you feel a little lighter after a self-care session, you can add a note.

You can freely choose what fits your mood or energy each day.
Because it’s gentle and flexible, it’s easier to keep going naturally.

■ A Trauma Care App as Your Safe Haven

When things feel heavy, or when you feel like there’s nowhere to turn…
this app might gently come to mind as one small option.
CalmSeed is designed with care, so you can use it even when life feels painful.

In those moments, you can do a self-care exercise, choose your current mood —
or simply open the app and just breathe for a while.

It’s a place you can return to when things are hard.
CalmSeed is your quiet, secret haven of peace.

■ Thoughtfully Designed for Safety

The history and trigger-recording screens are carefully designed so that information doesn’t appear all at once.
We’ve pursued a design that helps reduce the risk of flashbacks as much as possible.

■ Self-Care Exercises for Trauma Healing

This app includes multiple self-care exercises created specifically for trauma care.

With step-by-step guidance and gentle animations,
you can practice at your own pace — even on difficult days.

■ Gentle and Easy-to-Understand Recording

Just choose a large, simple icon to express what your mind and body are feeling.
Recording itself becomes an act of self-care.

■ Understanding Yourself Through Use

As you continue recording and practicing self-care,
you’ll gradually notice your own emotional and physical patterns.

The trauma care app CalmSeed is constantly being improved so that everyone can use it comfortably.
