Pace by Athlytic reads your Apple Watch health data and tells you what actually matters -- in plain language, not just charts and numbers.

Most health apps overwhelm you with scores, rings, and graphs. Pace takes a different approach. It monitors 35+ health signals, learns what's normal for you, and only speaks up when something is worth your attention.

HOW IT WORKS

Just wear your Apple Watch. Pace does the rest. No data entry required, no numbers to interpret. Each day, Pace checks your health data and gives you a clear summary of how you're doing.

SMART HEALTH INSIGHTS

Pace learns your personal baselines over 60 days, then alerts you when something shifts. Instead of showing you a number and hoping you know what it means, Pace explains it:

- "Your heart rate variability is lower than usual"
- "Your blood pressure trend is elevated -- the AHA considers this Stage 1"
- "Your walking speed has declined -- this is one of the strongest predictors of overall health"

And when things improve, Pace tells you that too. No open loops -- when a concern resolves, you'll know about it.

HEALTH PATTERNS

Pace discovers correlations hidden in your data -- like how alcohol affects your HRV, or how daylight impacts your deep sleep. Every pattern is statistically validated and backed by peer-reviewed research. No guessing, no astrology.
