Free usage allows journaling for up to 3 days. After that, an active subscription is required to continue adding new entries.
Subscription options include weekly, monthly, 6-month, and yearly plans. The applicable plan details are shown clearly in the app before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. 
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
