Finally, an app that understands propagation.

Most plant apps track watering and fertilizing. But when you snip a cutting and drop it in water, hoping for roots — there's nothing built for that.

Until now.

Propagation Journal is the dedicated tracker for your cuttings, from the moment you snip to the day you pot up a fully rooted plant.

—

TRACK EVERY CUTTING

Add a new propagation in under 30 seconds. Log the parent plant, choose your method, and snap a photo.

Your home screen shows every active cutting at a glance — with day counts, status, and what's due next.

—

PHOTO TIMELINE

Watch your roots grow. Each cutting gets a visual timeline of progress photos so you can see exactly how far you've come.

It's the most satisfying scroll on your phone.

—

ONE-TAP LOGGING

Water change? First roots? Ready to pot? Log it with one tap. Entry types designed specifically for propagation — no typing paragraphs into a notes app.

—

SMART REMINDERS

Set reminders for water changes, root checks, or anything custom. Never open a jar of murky water again because you forgot it existed for three weeks.

—

ALL METHODS SUPPORTED

Water, soil, sphagnum moss, perlite, LECA, air layering, division — whatever technique you use, we've got you covered.

—

FREE TO START

Track up to 5 active cuttings for free — with full access to reminders, timelines, and logging. Archived cuttings don't count against your limit.

—

NO SUBSCRIPTION

One purchase. Unlimited cuttings. Forever.

Unlike apps charging yearly fees, we believe you shouldn't rent access to your own plants. Upgrade when you're ready — or don't. The free tier is genuinely useful.

—

ALSO INCLUDES

- Offline-first — works without internet
- 8 lifecycle stages for detailed tracking
- iCloud sync across all your devices
- Export your data as CSV

—

Built by a plant person, for plant people.

No bloat. No ads. No subscriptions. Just your cuttings, your photos, and your roots.
