Workplit — Make every hour count.

Workplit is a time-tracking app built for freelancers. Track your hours, manage clients and projects, set custom rates and generate clean PDF or Excel reports — all from your iPhone or iPad.

EVERYTHING IN ONE APP

• Smart timer — start, pause and stop with a single tap. Runs in the background, survives app restarts. Never lose a second.
• Desktop access — connect your computer's browser to your iPhone or iPad over local Wi-Fi and work with Workplit on a big screen, with keyboard and mouse. Your data stays on your device; nothing goes to the cloud.
• Clients, projects & rates — organise your work by client and project. Each client can have a full rate history with date ranges, so reports always pick the right one automatically.
• Tasks per project — urgency, due dates, status (pending / in progress / done), who requested it and how. Track hours per task.
• Reports, PDF & Excel — view hours by day, week, month or year. Group by client or project. Export clean PDF or Excel reports — always free.
• Period lock — close a month with a single tap so past entries can't be touched by accident. Your invoicing stays consistent.
• Backup & restore — manual or automatic backups, with configurable frequency (daily, or specific weekdays) and retention (latest only, 1 week, 2 weeks or 1 month). Restore from a list showing each backup's date and size, or from an external .zip.
• Home Screen widget — see today's hours and your running timer straight from the home screen.
• Six languages — fully translated to English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French and German.

100% PRIVATE

All your data stays on your device. No accounts, no cloud, no servers, no tracking. We don't have your data because we don't want it. GDPR-compliant export included on every plan.

FREE & PRO

Free includes every feature — 2 clients, 2 projects, 10 tasks and 100 time entries per month. Perfect for trying the app with a real client.

Pro removes the limits: unlimited clients, projects, tasks and entries, plus custom branding on PDFs (your logo and tax details).
• €4.99 / month
• €39.99 / year (save 33%)

Going Pro just removes the limits. Same app, same features.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your account settings.

MADE FOR FREELANCERS

Built by a freelancer, for freelancers. No fluff, no nags, no SDKs chasing you. Just clean, fast time tracking that respects your time and your data.
