Pressure-test your next experiment before you run it.

Lab+ is a design review tool for wet-lab researchers — built for PhD students, postdocs,
and anyone who has to defend an experimental plan to a supervisor. You describe the
question, the cell type, the perturbation, and what you plan to measure. Lab+ returns a
structured critique: missing controls, statistical pitfalls, infeasible timelines,
overlooked literature, and the kinds of things your PI will notice first.

WHAT LAB+ DOES
• Controls check — flags required and recommended controls you missed, with the rationale
• PI-style critique — a skeptical review of your plan, written the way a senior scientist
would phrase it
• Statistical guidance — recommended test, unit of replication, sample-size guidance for
common readouts
• Literature check — similar PubMed studies so you can build on or differentiate from
published work
• Novelty flag — warns when your question has already been answered
• Feasibility review — timeline, budget, and equipment sanity checks
• PI meeting summary — one-page export for lab meetings and project check-ins
• Experiment tracker — log runs, conditions, and results so your next review learns from
the last one

BUILT FOR
• Mammalian cell-culture experiments (v1 scope)
• qPCR, Western blot, and cell-viability readouts
• Gene knockdown, chemical treatment, and related perturbations

HONEST AI DISCLAIMER
Lab+ uses AI to generate suggestions. AI can be wrong. Every review must be verified by a
human — your supervisor, the primary literature, and your own judgment. Lab+ is a
planning aid for trained researchers. It is not a clinical, diagnostic, or medical tool,
and it is not a substitute for supervisor review.

Made in Belgrade by two researchers who got tired of rerunning experiments that a
ten-minute critique would have saved.
