Videos: OnsiteSync Punch List & Photos App Videos

OnsiteSync puts your punch list, Daily Log, jobsite photos and PDF reports in one app your crew will actually open. Close out items with photo proof, log the day in seconds, and send owners a clean report before you leave the site.

PUNCH LIST THAT GETS CLOSED
Create an item in three taps: photo, note, assignee, due date. Subs see exactly what to fix and where. Close it out with a photo, and the owner sees it done. Filter by status, trade or assignee, then export the whole punch list to PDF.

DAILY LOG WITHOUT THE PAPERWORK
Nine entry types: Daily Update, Weather, Crew, Equipment, Materials, Deliveries, Inspection, Delay and Safety. Every entry is timestamped, tied to the project, and searchable months later when the question comes up. Turn any day into a daily report with one tap.

JOBSITE PHOTOS THAT ORGANIZE THEMSELVES
Shoot from inside the app and every photo is GPS-tagged, dated and filed under the right project. Before and after pairs, video, albums, and search by date or location. No more scrolling a camera roll for that one wall detail from three weeks ago.

PDF REPORTS IN ENGLISH OR SPANISH
Build a professional report from your punch list, Daily Logs and photos. Pick the sections, choose the language per report, add your company logo, and send it from the truck.

WORKS WHERE THERE IS NO SIGNAL
Photos, videos and logs captured offline upload on their own when you are back in coverage. Nothing waits on the office Wi-Fi.

SHARE WITH A LINK, NO LOGIN
Give clients, inspectors and subs a link to exactly what they need to see. No accounts, no downloads, no friction. You control access per item.

ONE TEAM, ONE RECORD
Owner, Manager and Contributor roles. @mention teammates, keep comment threads on every item, and stay aligned from the project manager in the office to the foreman on site. Syncs with the OnsiteSync web app for office teams.

BUILT FOR THE JOBSITE
• Fast and simple, works with gloves on
• The whole app runs in English or Spanish
• Secure cloud storage, your project records backed up and safe
