Estim8 Pro is the AI takeoff and estimating app for contractors who need a number today. Snap the plans or describe the job out loud, and get a priced takeoff with materials, labor, overhead and profit built in — in minutes, on your phone. Then send it as a proposal and get paid, without leaving the app.

PLAN TAKEOFFS FROM A PHOTO OR PDF
• Snap a photo of a plan sheet or upload the full multi-page PDF
• Estim8 reads the sheet index, dimensions, and window, door and framing schedules
• Quantities are counted across every page and grouped by assembly
• Anything the AI had to assume is flagged for your review — you approve every number

MEET SUPE — YOUR AI ESTIMATOR
No plans? No problem. Tell Supe the job the way you'd tell your foreman: "twelve by fourteen kitchen remodel, mid-grade finishes, new cabinets, tile floor, paint." Supe builds the estimate with you — materials, labor, cost breakdown by trade — and prices it to your area. Standing in the driveway with a homeowner who wants a quote? Priced before you're back in the truck.

ASSEMBLIES FOR EVERY TRADE
Estim8 knows that drywall comes with mud, tape and corner bead, and plumbing comes with rough-in, fixtures and trim. Foundation, framing, envelope, interior partitions, floors, roof, openings, MEP allowances, finishes and site work — the forty-dollar line items are on the list before you look.

MARGIN BUILT IN
20% overhead and profit and 10% contingency on every estimate by default. Adjust the number; don't rebuild the estimate. Regional material and labor pricing, not a national average.

BID, SIGN, GET PAID
• Turn the estimate into a proposal and send it — your customer reviews and accepts it from their phone, no account and no app
• An accepted proposal becomes a job with a schedule of values, scaled to the amount they agreed to
• Bill the deposit on acceptance, then bill by percent complete as the work earns it
• Your customer pays by card or bank transfer, and the money lands in your own Stripe account
• One ledger per job: what's paid, what's outstanding, and every deposit and draw in order
• Estim8 Pro adds a 1% platform fee per payment; Stripe's own processing fees apply

EXPORT AND BID
Export a clean PDF estimate or an Excel/CSV material list. Send it to the customer, the supplier, or drop it into your estimating software.

BUILT FOR
• General contractors and remodelers
• Framers, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, roofing and other trade subcontractors
• Handymen and small crews pricing residential work
• Estimators who want a faster first pass
