Most people do not lose because they do not care.

They lose because the moment hits, the phone is already in their hand, and the promise they made in the morning has no system behind it.

Urge gives you that system.

It is a website blocker, relapse interrupt, clean-streak tracker, and recovery training app built for the real moment: late night, bored, stressed, lonely, tired, foggy, pulled, and one tap away from going back.

Turn on protection. See your streak. Learn your pattern. Hit the Panic Button when the urge gets loud. Then keep going.

WHY URGE WORKS DIFFERENTLY*

Urge is not just a softer browser filter.

It combines blocking, friction, crisis tools, education, breathwork, and progress tracking so you are not relying on willpower alone.

Because willpower is usually the first thing to disappear.

DUAL-LAYER WEBSITE BLOCKING*

Urge helps you create real friction between you and the loop:

- Website Blocker using Apple's Screen Time web filtering
- DNS Protection with a family-safe DNS profile
- Content category restrictions you control
- App removal prevention while protection is active
- Protection status checks so you know what is on
- Restore flows when a protection layer needs attention
- A disable cooldown that gives you a moment to choose again

No blocker is magic. The point is to make relapse harder at the exact second your brain wants easy.

PANIC BUTTON FOR HIGH-RISK MOMENTS*

When you are close to relapsing, open the Panic Button.

Urge can show your reason for quitting, your goals, your "why" photos, or a live camera mirror so you can see yourself in the moment. The camera mirror is a mirror only. Nothing is recorded.

If you are thinking of relapsing, Urge starts a fast down-shift breathwork sequence.

If you already relapsed, Urge helps you:

- See that this moment does not erase your progress
- Name the trigger
- Write out what happened
- Take a breath
- Sign a 24-hour recommitment
- Restart your streak immediately

No shame spiral. No "start again someday." Today.

LEARN THE LOOP, THEN BREAK IT*

Urge includes a structured recovery curriculum with short lessons, quizzes, timers, actions, missions, and journal prompts.

Topics include:

- Why willpower alone fails
- Senses and triggers
- The dopamine trap
- Using the screen as an emotional escape
- Loneliness, status, and self-worth
- Urge surfing
- Breathing protocols for high-pressure moments
- Discharging tension
- Reframing slips and shame
- Rebuilding boredom tolerance
- Learning to sit still
- Training self-compassion
- Building real connection

This is not motivational fluff. It is pattern recognition and replacement training.

BREATHWORK BUILT IN*

Urges are not just thoughts. They are body states.

Urge includes guided breathwork for calming down, sleeping, focusing, resetting your nervous system, and getting through the hardest minutes.

Use preset sequences like Physiological Sigh, Box, Calm, Sleep, Focus, Coherence, and Short Reset, or build your own breathing sequence with custom phases and cycles.

BUILT FOR THE PERSON WHO IS DONE LYING TO THEMSELVES*

Urge is for you if:

- You have said "last time" too many times
- You know the loop is costing you focus, energy, confidence, or real intimacy
- You do not want another generic habit tracker
- You want blocks, tools, and a plan in one place
- You want to become someone you respect again

You do not need more guilt.

You need a system that is ready before the urge arrives.

Download Urge. Turn on protection. Start with one clean day.
