Learn PLC ladder logic programming from scratch with PLC Ladder Learn — an animated, hands-on simulator built for engineering students, technicians, and anyone new to industrial automation.

No expensive software, no real hardware needed. Open the app and start building and simulating real PLC ladder diagrams right on your iPhone or iPad.

ANIMATED LESSONS
Every concept is taught with moving visuals. Watch timers count up, contacts open and close, current flow through the rung, and circuits operate step by step. You learn ladder logic with your eyes — not dry text.

LIVE LADDER SIMULATOR (SANDBOX)
Build your own ladder diagrams and run them in real time:
• Place contacts (NO/NC), coils, SET/RESET, timers and counters
• Toggle inputs and watch outputs respond instantly
• Series (AND), parallel (OR) and combined logic
• Live signal graph (oscilloscope) to trace bits and values
• Undo/redo, address suggestions and custom labels

50 REAL-WORLD PROBLEMS
Solve graded automation problems from easy to hard: motor start/stop, burglar alarm, automatic door, conveyor control, mixing reactor, star-delta starter, paint booth airlock and many more. Your ladder solution is checked automatically, and selected problems show the real process animated live while your program runs.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
• Ladder logic & ladder diagram basics
• Normally Open / Normally Closed contacts and output coils
• Addressing (I, Q, M, DB) and the PLC scan cycle
• Timers — TON, TOF, TP
• Counters — CTU, CTD
• Memory bits, latching, SET/RESET
• Positive / negative edge detection
• Comparison, MOVE and math instructions
• Analog I/O — 4-20 mA, scaling, PID basics
• FC / FB blocks and program structure
• Industrial communication — RS-485, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, Modbus
