Outwork gives you a live view of the remote team working for you — who's on the
clock right now, what they're getting done, and what you're being billed. It's the
mobile companion to the Outwork platform, for the businesses whose staff we source
and manage.

YOU'LL NEED AN OUTWORK ACCOUNT
This app is for existing Outwork clients. Sign in with the details your account
manager gave you.

OPEN IT AND KNOW WHERE THINGS STAND
• Who's clocked in, who's on a break, who hasn't started — updated live
• Hours worked this month, your projected bill and anything outstanding
• A plain-English summary of how your team is doing
• Anything waiting on you, so nothing quietly stalls

WATCH THE WORK HAPPEN
• See a team member's screen live while they're clocked in
• Review screenshots and activity levels through the day
• Track productivity per person, or across the whole team
• Check attendance against the hours you're paying for

APPROVE IN SECONDS, NOT DAYS
• Approve or query timesheets before they're billed
• Handle leave requests and timesheet corrections from your phone
• Get a notification the moment something needs you

YOUR BILLING, ALWAYS TO HAND
• Every invoice, viewable and downloadable as a PDF
• See what's paid, what's outstanding and what's coming

TALK TO YOUR ACCOUNT TEAM
• Message us directly — with photos, files and voice notes
• Audio and video calls without leaving the app

BUILT ON REAL DATA
Hours come from actual clock-in and clock-out records, not estimates or self-reported
timesheets. What you see in the app is what you're billed for.

ABOUT MONITORING
Screenshots, activity levels and applications are recorded by the Outwork desktop
application on the worker's own computer, during their working hours only. Staff know
it's running and can see their own data. This app shows you that information; it does
not monitor the phone it's installed on.
