FieldPix is the job site app for contractors and their crews. Capture every job in photos, let AI write the notes, keep clients in the loop, get the agreement signed and get paid, all from your phone or iPad, with a web portal for the office.

TAKE PHOTOS THAT FILE THEMSELVES
- Every photo and video is stamped with the date, time and address and saved to the right project
- Tag photos (roof, electrical, before, after) and filter in one tap
- Works offline: captures wait on the phone and upload when you're back in signal
- Draw on any photo to circle a problem, then share it with your crew or client

LET AI DO THE PAPERWORK
- AI Walkthrough: walk the site and talk. FieldPix turns what you said and the photos you took into organized notes with an action list
- Progress updates, daily logs, summaries and punch lists written from your photos
- Works in English and Spanish, and translates notes between them

CHECKLISTS AND REPORTS
- Built-in checklists for site surveys, home inspections, mold inspections, appraisals and realtor walkthroughs, or build your own
- Branded PDF reports with your logo in one tap

KEEP CLIENTS IN THE LOOP
- Send clients one private link with project progress, photos, documents and comments
- Clients review and sign agreements right on the link
- Clients can send you photos and messages from the same link

SIGN AND GET PAID ON SITE
- Put the scope, price and start date in an agreement and get it signed on the spot
- Take payments with Tap to Pay on iPhone, a QR code, a text or email pay link, or card entry
- Record cash and check payments so every job's balance is in one place
- Card payments go straight to your company's Stripe account

BUILT FOR THE WHOLE COMPANY
- Your whole team on one account, with admin and crew roles
- See what your crew captured today, across every job
- Sync finished reports to your CRM

RUN THE OFFICE FROM THE WEB PORTAL
- Sign in at portal.fieldpix.org on any computer with the same account
- See every job, photo, checklist and report live as your crew captures them
- Build proposals from your price book and assign tasks to your crew
- Manage customers, see jobs on a map and start new projects from templates
- Included with every plan at no extra cost

Made for roofers, solar installers, electricians, general contractors, home inspectors, appraisers and realtors.

PLANS
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Start it in the app: nothing is charged until the trial ends, you see the exact date first, and we remind you two days before.
- Starter: $14.99/week, $49.99/month or $499.99/year, up to 5 team members
- Pro: $29.99/week, $99.99/month or $999.99/year, unlimited team members
Both plans include every feature. The only difference is the number of team members.

Subscriptions bought in the app are billed to your Apple Account and renew automatically each week, month or year unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. A free trial becomes the plan you chose when it ends unless canceled before then. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.

Tap to Pay on iPhone requires iPhone XS or later with a current version of iOS, and a connected Stripe account.
