MyFightPrep is the fight camp app for combat athletes who need to make weight — without losing strength, energy or performance on fight night.

Set your weight class and weigh-in date once. MyFightPrep turns it into a plan: how much you need to lose, how fast, what to eat today and exactly what to do in fight week.

ROAD TO TARGET WEIGHT • Log your morning weight in two seconds • See your 14-day trend instead of one noisy weigh-in • Know how much is left, your weekly pace and whether you're on track for weigh-in

DAILY TARGETS THAT FOLLOW YOUR TRAINING • Calories, protein, carbs and fat calculated from your weight, your camp and the weight you have left • Targets adjust to hard training days, normal days and rest days

NUTRITION PLAN • Today's breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack — built to hit your calories and protein • Swap any meal in one tap, or log it straight to your food diary • Halal, vegetarian, vegan, pescetarian, lactose-free and gluten-free options, plus allergies • Craving something? Get a swap that fits the rest of your day

FOOD LOG • Search a built-in food database of everyday foods with calories, macros and sodium • Snap a photo of your meal and get an AI estimate of calories, macros and sodium • Track protein, carbs, fat, fibre and sodium every day

FIGHT WEEK, DAY BY DAY • A personal protocol for the final seven days: water, carbs, fibre and sodium targets for every day • Choose between a water load and a diet-only approach — the app recommends one based on how much you have left • See where the last kilos come from: glycogen, gut content and fluid

REFUEL AFTER WEIGH-IN • Fluids, electrolytes and carbs hour by hour between the scale and the fight

TRAINING & PROGRESS • Log sessions and see your camp in a training heatmap • Progress page with weight, calories, macros and training over 7, 30 or 90 days • Kilograms or pounds, light or dark mode

Built for MMA, boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing, BJJ, wrestling and every sport with a scale.

IMPORTANT MyFightPrep provides general nutrition and performance guidance. It is not medical advice and does not replace a qualified coach, doctor or dietitian. Water manipulation in fight week can be dangerous — never continue if you feel dizzy, faint or unwell.
