Nest Connect is a shared team inbox for businesses. Customer conversations from WhatsApp, email and your website's live chat arrive in one list, so your whole team can see what's waiting, who is handling it and what was said.

Nest Connect is for businesses that already have a NestConnect workspace. There is no public sign-up: your workspace admin creates your account, and you sign in with your work email and password, plus two-factor verification.

ONE INBOX FOR EVERY CHANNEL
- WhatsApp, email and website chat conversations side by side, each marked with its channel.
- Filter by All, Unread, Unassigned and Closed, and search across conversations and messages.
- Switch between the views and shared inboxes your workspace has set up.

WORK AS A TEAM
- See at a glance whether a conversation is yours, with a teammate or waiting in a team's queue.
- Assign conversations to a team or a specific person, change their status, snooze them until later and close them when done.
- Add labels to keep conversations organised.
- Leave internal notes beside the customer's messages and @mention a colleague. Customers never see internal notes.

REPLY FROM YOUR PHONE
- Reply on the channel the customer used: WhatsApp messages, email with subject and Cc/Bcc, or website chat.
- Send photos, files and voice notes.
- Use your workspace's approved WhatsApp templates, with a clear indicator of the 24-hour WhatsApp reply window.
- Polish: an optional AI rewrite of a reply you have already typed. It never sends anything on its own, and it is only available when your workspace has AI assist turned on.

STAY ON TOP OF IT
- Push notifications for new messages on your conversations, @mentions, assignments and snooze reminders, each switchable in Settings, plus an optional alert for all new team messages.
- Turn your availability on or off so round-robin routing knows whether to send you work.
- A customer directory with each contact's details and conversation history.
- Light, dark or automatic appearance.

Nest Connect works with your organisation's NestConnect workspace; channels, teams and routing are set up by your workspace admin. All names, numbers and messages in these screenshots come from a fictional demo business.
