KNIT CRM is a job-site camera that files every photo where it belongs. A project is a folder, and every shot lands in one, so no more digging through a camera roll of thousands of pictures from a dozen sites.

CAPTURE INTO THE RIGHT PROJECT
• Shoot straight into a project. Every lens on your iPhone, from ultra-wide to telephoto, is one tap away.
• Give a project a location and a radius. When you arrive on site, KNIT CRM suggests that project and tells you how far away you are.
• It only suggests and never decides for you. If you're outside every project, the camera says so and offers to create a new project right where you're standing.
• The date and GPS coordinates are written into each photo when you take it.
• Import photos you took earlier. Their original date and location are kept.
• Write a note on any photo. All of a project's notes are collected on one screen.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THE JOB IN ONE PLACE
• Project note: what the crew needs to know before they arrive.
• Materials: log what went in, by work order or as a running total for the whole job.
• Cable schedule: cable number, patch panel and port, switch and port, and the device on the far end. "Save and Next" fills in the next port for you, so a 24-port panel doesn't mean 24 forms.
• Directions: hand the site to Apple Maps with one tap, with drive time and distance shown up front.
• Portal: open your company's job system right from the project.

WAREHOUSE
• Track stock across one or more warehouses: deliveries, write-offs and counts.
• Materials logged on a project come out of stock automatically.
• Record where each item is kept, for example "Rack B, bin 12".

COMPANY KNOWLEDGE BASE
• Procedures, equipment and safety checks: the things that apply to every job, not just one.
• Add photos of rating plates and manual pages to your articles.
• Pin what you need most and sort articles by category.
• Share the whole base with your team in one invitation.

ASK YOUR PHOTOS
• KNIT CRM reads text, labels and barcodes in your photos in the background, on the device.
• Ask a question like "Which breaker feeds room 204?" and get an answer next to the photos it comes from, so you can always check it.
• Everything runs on your iPhone. Your photos are never sent to a server.

WORK AS A TEAM
• Sync across your devices with iCloud.
• Share a project with your crew. Everyone sees the same photos, notes, materials and cables, and can add their own.
• Projects and warehouses can be view-only or open to changes.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD
• Works without iCloud and without a signal. Photos are never lost because sync isn't available.
• Deleted photos can be restored until you clear them for good.
• Distances in feet and miles.

Asking questions about photos requires an iPhone with Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro or later) running iOS 26.
