Starts on a screen. Comes to life.

Dabbli turns short prompts into real-world challenges to think, make, explore and explain. Ideas take shape away from the screen, while Parent Mode lets you review completed work and recognise effort with points.

Build a paper tower. Solve a number mystery. Notice sounds that usually go unheard. The app introduces the challenge. The interesting part happens in the real world.

— HOW DABBLI WORKS

Set up your parent account, create an activity profile on the device and download a set of four challenges. Each challenge includes a clear mission, materials and hints.

Draw, build, solve or explore, then capture the work with a written response, photo or audio recording. When the set is finished, open Parent Mode on the same device to review it and award points using simple guidance.

Parents can decide whether to offer a reward when an agreed points goal is reached. Parent Mode also lets the current points balance be reset while preserving the lifetime points total.

— FOUR WAYS TO GET CURIOUS

THINK & SOLVE
Everyday puzzles, number challenges and decisions worth thinking through.

CREATE & BUILD
Paper creations, drawings and designs to make, test and improve.

EXPLORE & DISCOVER
Sound maps, pattern hunts and close-up observations of familiar things.

LEARN & EXPLAIN
Simple experiments and questions that invite an explanation of what was noticed.

— RECOGNISE THE EFFORT

Completed work deserves to be seen, not just marked complete.

Look through what was tried, ask what felt fun or difficult, and use the challenge guidance to choose a score. Points make progress visible and recognise the effort involved.

You can connect points to a reward you agree on together, such as choosing a game or planning an outing. Rewards are chosen and provided outside Dabbli.

Your attention matters as much as the points.

Parent Mode can also create a private challenge on the device. Points awarded for it contribute to the same milestone as the four-challenge sets.

Parents can decide whether to offer a reward when an agreed milestone is reached.

— HINTS HELP. POINTS STAY.

A hint can offer a new way forward. Using hints never reduces the points available.

Some challenges have one solution. Others leave room for many good ideas. The aim is to create space to think, try and discover—not simply copy an answer.

— KEEP GOING OFFLINE

After initial setup and downloading challenges, activities can be completed, captured and viewed without internet. Reviews and points can also be completed offline.

Internet is needed for account setup, downloading new content and certain account-management actions.

— PRIVATE BY DESIGN

No ads. No public profiles. No chat.

Photos, recordings, written responses, reviews and points stay in protected storage on your device. They are not uploaded to Dabbli’s servers or synced between devices.

A parent account is required. Limited account and technical data is processed to operate the service. Optional usage sharing remains off unless you turn it on.

Local work may be lost if the app is deleted or the device is lost. See our Privacy Notice for details.

— MADE FOR REAL LIFE

Activities encourage curiosity, reasoning and creativity. An adult can choose suitable challenges, help with reading or preparing materials, and supervise when needed.

Start with a challenge. See where curiosity leads.
