Your time is the most valuable asset you own. Yet every day, endless feeds and distracting algorithms withdraw hours from your life without your permission.

The goal isn’t digital isolation. Technology isn’t the enemy, and your phone is an incredible tool. The problem isn’t using apps—it’s mindless consumption without intention.

MyScroll changes that by turning your attention into a finite currency.

Instead of vague timers or easy-to-ignore reminders, MyScroll introduces a disciplined system for your digital wellbeing. You decide which distracting apps to monitor, fund your card with a strict daily allowance, and spend every minute with purpose. When you open a feed, you do it consciously. And once your funds hit zero, the transaction is declined.

Zero funds. Zero scroll. The rest of your day belongs to your real life.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. SELECT YOUR DISTRACTOR APPS
Keep your essential communication, work, and utility tools open. Choose only the specific apps that pull you into passive scrolling loops.

2. FUND YOUR FOCUS CARD
Set your daily scroll budget and deposit those minutes directly into your card. Every minute spent on your designated apps is a direct debit from your available balance.

3. SPEND WITH INTENTION
Engage with clear purpose. When you open a feed, you know exactly what it costs. Watch your balance in real time and replace zombie scrolling with conscious decisions.

4. HARD STOP: ZERO FUNDS, ZERO SCROLL
Once your balance reaches zero, your card declines further access. No infinite extensions, no accidental binge sessions. Access locks until the next daily reset, protecting your focus for what truly matters.

DESIGNED FOR DISCIPLINE, NOT GUILT:
• Intentional, Not Isolated: Stay connected where it counts; eliminate only the passive scroll that drains your day.
• Tangible Accountability: Put a clear, measurable cost on your screen time so every session becomes a deliberate choice.
• Real Behavioral Friction: Overcome the habit loops that standard screen time limits fail to curb.
• Purposeful Living: Reclaim hours for deep work, meaningful relationships, fitness, and rest.

PRIVACY FIRST:
MyScroll leverages Apple’s native Screen Time and FamilyControls APIs to keep all app management strictly on your device. Your browsing habits, app usage, and personal data are never tracked, stored, or sent to external servers. Your focus is strictly your business.

Stop giving away your life for free. Fund your card, spend with intention, and reclaim your time.
