Inventioteca is the catalogue for everything you collect: books, records, films, TV series, comics, video games, board games, magazines… or anything else you want to organise.

ADDING IS QUICK
• Scan a book's barcode with the camera and the record fills itself in: title, authors, publisher, date, pages, synopsis and cover.
• Search films and TV series by title to bring in the synopsis, cast, director and poster.
• Look up albums with their tracks and cover art.
• Fix any record whenever you like by looking up its details online again.

COLLECTIONS YOUR WAY
• Start from templates for books, music, films, TV series, comics, video games, board games and magazines, or build your own from scratch.
• Choose each collection's icon, colour and fields.
• Each collection has its own numbering, like the number you pencil into your books. Numbers are never reused.

YOUR COLLECTION, UP TO DATE
• Loans: who you lent each item to, and when.
• Items you give away, sell or lose are marked as removed, with their history, and keep their number.
• Search and filter by genre, quality, format and other fields.
• Copies of the same film gathered in a single record, with their quality and size.

ON ALL YOUR DEVICES
• iPhone, iPad and Mac, synced through iCloud. Your data stays on your device and in your own iCloud: nobody else can see it.
• On the Mac, automatic backups to the folder you choose.

BRING YOUR CATALOGUE
• Import your Bookpedia, CDpedia, DVDpedia and Gamepedia databases (also as .zip) and CSV files.

NO ACCOUNTS, NO ADS
No sign-up needed. The app collects no data and shows no ads.

FREE, WITH PRO WHEN YOU WANT MORE
• Free for up to 2 collections and 100 items. What you save is never locked.
• Inventioteca Pro (one-time purchase, shared with Family Sharing) removes the limits and adds: expiry dates and periodic reviews with alerts and Reminders, LEGO with Rebrickable, board games with BoardGameGeek, toys from a photo of the box, moving items between collections, copies in another format and the Claude features.
• Online AI (recognising covers, shelves, discs and boxes, looking up barcodes and suggesting genres) needs your own key: Claude, charged separately by Anthropic based on use, or Gemini, by Google, which has a free plan with limits. The app includes neither; without a key, the on-device AI is used.
• With free keys, also Discogs for records, RAWG for video games and Comic Vine for comics.
• If you bought the app when it was paid, Pro is already included.

Films and TV series are looked up on TMDb with a free key that each person gets from its website; the app explains how in three steps and stores it in your iCloud. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
