The bill arrived. Who owes what?

The Bill reads the receipt with your camera and lists every item. Pass the phone around the table: everyone picks what they had and pays their share, and what is left updates right away.

• Automatic reading: hold the receipt up; it is read the moment the items add up to the receipt total. Flash for dark restaurants.
• Total check: warns you when what was read does not match the receipt. Fix any item or add a missing one.
• Shared dishes: a bottle of wine for three? Everyone picks their share.
• Split evenly, service charge, tip: split the bill by head count; service is split evenly, tip and discounts in proportion.
• Summary: see who paid what and send it through your phone's share menu to any app.
• Pick up where you left off: the bill is not lost when the app closes.
• Shared Accounts: keep housemates', trip or couple expenses in one place. Scan the receipt, pick who had each item; who owes whom is always up to date. Record payments and settle up. Your first 3 expenses are free.
• Monthly summary and Budget (Plus): see your own share by kind of spending, set a monthly budget and watch what is left.
• Backup and transfer: save your accounts to a file and import them on a new phone.
• Currency converter: turn a receipt from abroad into your own currency.
• Six languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Turkish. It tries to recognise receipt layouts common in Europe.
• Privacy: receipts are read on your phone and the photo is deleted after reading. Receipt and bill details are not sent to us automatically. No account needed. If a receipt was read wrongly you can choose to email us the lines that were read (no photo is asked for or accepted); you see the text and confirm before it is sent. AI-assisted tools may be used in error analysis.

Ads, Pro and Plus: the app is free and contains ads: a full-screen ad is shown when all payments of a bill are completed. Pro (a one-time purchase, not a subscription) makes Shared Accounts unlimited and removes the ads. Plus (a monthly subscription) includes everything in Pro plus Monthly summary and Budget; Pro owners are offered a 1-month free trial (once per store account). Prices are shown in the store for your country. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase, and you can cancel any time in your account settings.

Amounts are read from the receipt automatically and can be wrong; we recommend checking them against the receipt before paying.
