Train with a clear plan. Liftful logs the rest.

Open the app, tap Start and log your sets as you go: weights, reps and rest are saved automatically. When you finish a set the rest timer starts, and next time you get the loads from your plan or from last time.

PLANS THAT FIT YOU
• Days, exercises, sets, reps, load, RPE and rest
• Supersets and notes for every exercise
• Each day has its own schedule: Monday and Thursday, or every other week
• Export your plan as a PDF to print or share

LIVE WORKOUTS
• Tap a set to log it and the rest timer starts on its own
• Free workouts, even without a plan
• Log runs, rides and other activities

PROGRESS
• Estimated max and best set for every exercise
• Week-by-week consistency and a workout calendar
• Feedback on workouts and exercises, including when something hurts

WITH YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER
• Your coach assigns your plan and sees workouts and progress as soon as you log them
• Chat with messages, photos and PDFs, with workouts and plans attached
• Your coach only sees progress photos if you allow it

FOR PERSONAL TRAINERS
• Invite clients with a link or an email
• Plans from a template or from scratch, locked so clients don't change them by mistake
• An alert when a client reports pain or stops training
• Private notes on every client
Trainer accounts are enabled on request from the contact page on our website.

AI ASSISTANTS
Connect Claude or another MCP-compatible assistant: it reads your history, injuries and equipment and, with your permission, builds and updates your plan. You approve every connection and can revoke it at any time.

ON IPHONE, IPAD AND IPHONE DUO
On iPad and on an open iPhone Duo the app uses two columns: list and detail, plan and days, side by side. The same account also works on the web.
