GroupValet is a virtual assistant for your groups and activities. Using GroupValet's website and app, you can automate the entire process of getting people signed up for any kind of activity. Create your group, add group members and create your activity - that's it. GroupValet automates the process of getting your members to sign up and even sends reminders about the activities they've signed up for to help prevent no-shows.

But GroupValet is for more than just groups. Clubs and other organizations can use GroupValet to manage official events, such as tournaments, Board and committee meetings, Demo Days and much more. Members can also book services through GroupValet, which is perfect for lessons, personal trainers, or other 3rd party services. Your activity can be one-time, or it can repeat on virtually any schedule. You can even schedule it seasonally so your weekly golf game can automatically start up in October and end in May each year. You create the activity once and GroupValet takes it from there.
